What the FINS First Five™ Guarantee Means
Our promise is simple: qualifying swimmers in Discovery through Gold will advance within our level system in their first 5 private lessons, or you get a full refund.

Programs Covered by the Guarantee
The FINS First Five™ Guarantee applies to qualifying new swimmers in the Discovery through Gold levels of the FINS Galaxy Level System.
These levels are part of:
The guarantee does not apply to Parent-Child Swim Lessons, Intro to Competitive Swim, and Adults & Teens Swim Lessons.
How the Guarantee Works
To qualify, swimmers complete their first 5 lessons while progress is tracked by Mission. Each Galaxy has 3 Missions, and advancing means completing at least 1 Mission.

What Happens If a Swimmer Doesn’t Advance
We stand behind our results. If the progress goal is not met, we make the refund process as simple as possible:
- Full refund of all five lesson fees
- Registration fee refunded (if no other swimmers enrolled)
- No 30-day cancellation notice required
- Zero questions asked
How to Qualify for the Guarantee
The guarantee applies exclusively to eligible new swimmers enrolled in our Discovery through Gold Galaxy levels.
Qualification Requirements:
- Complete the FINS assessment
- Attend all 5 lessons on time
- Participate actively
- Follow the standard curriculum
- Bring required swim attire/equipment
Note on Disqualifications:
Missed lessons, late arrivals, early departures, or custom curriculum requests will void the guarantee.
How the Refund Works
Earn trust with risk-free, private swim lessons. If your child doesn’t progress after five lessons, here’s our refund policy:
- Notify us right after the fifth lesson
- We’ll refund the first five lessons
- We’ll refund the registration fee if eligible
- We’ll waive the 30-day cancellation policy
