Swim Instructor Role and Employment Details
This is a part-time, hourly position available across all locations. Schedules are designed to be consistent and reliable, with opportunities to grow over time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead personalized sessions with a focus on safety and clear communication.
- Deliver safe, effective one-on-one swim lessons
- Track student progress and communicate with parents
- Participate in ongoing training and in-service sessions

Here’s our FINStructor certification process:
- Complete a 7-step candidate process
- Gain 35+ hours of in-water training
- Obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Participate in year-round in-service training sessions
- Apply structured lesson methods and updated techniques
- Demonstrate the FINS core values in daily instruction
