- Receive Host Pool Credits! Save $5 (on YOUR lesson) per each additional student. For example, if the instructor comes to your pool to teach your child, plus 2 additional students, your lesson would be discounted by $10. (Classes must be same day, back to back.)
- Receive a $20 Credit for each student signed up for a six week FINS Local session.
- Not in tandem with the host pool credit.
Policies & Additional Information
[/gt3_custom_text][gt3_spacing height=”22″][gt3_custom_text text_color=”#28323e” font_size=”16″ line_height=”190″]Makeups- Instructor tacks 5-10 min on to some classes to make up the time (depending on time needed to get to next lesson)
- Class are made up at FINS
- There must be 1 hour notice for cancellations to receive a makeup. (This is our policy, as always customer service is important to FINS.)
- Inclimate weather – made up in the ways above
- Class cancelled by FINS – made up in the ways above
- No refunds for missed lessons
- Missing Class? Call us 1 hour in advance to the start of your lesson so you can qualify for a make-up. One (1) Make-Up will be given per session. No refunds will be given for missed lessons.
- What happens if FINS Local has to cancel a class? Should we have to cancel a lesson a free makeup will be given.
- What happens in inclement weather? If it is raining during your lesson time, we will still teach. However, the instructor will use their best judgment on whether or not to continue the lesson (i.e. thunder and lightning, etc). Should your lesson be canceled by FINS Local due to weather, a makeup will be issued for the remaining time.
- Is your pool properly maintained? We must be able to see the bottom of the pool. We will not conduct lessons in unhealthy pools (i.e. algae infestation) or running properly. No Refund will be given for the canceled lesson.
