Our heated indoor pool, trained staff, and organized games create a safe and exciting experience for kids while parents get to relax.
Party Details
- $375 for a 2-hour private party
- Saturday afternoons only
- Limited spots available
Each party includes
- 1 hour 15 minutes of pool time with organized games and flotation devices (at staff discretion)
- 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and gifts
- Option to trade 15 minutes of party room time for extra pool time
- One Party Coordinator for setup, guest support, and clean-up
- Two certified lifeguards on duty
- One 8-foot party table, with a second table for groups over 10 guests
Party Policies and Important Details
Parties include up to 10 swimmers. A maximum of 30 swimmers is allowed. Each additional swimmer over 10 is $19. An extra lifeguard is required for more than 20 swimmers and is $75. A $25 late lifeguard fee applies if added within 10 days of the party. All swimmers must have a signed waiver before entering the pool.
A $375 deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Final guest count and any remaining balance are due 10 days before the party. A $25 late booking fee applies for parties booked within 14 days. If FINS must cancel, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Setup begins 15 minutes before the party. Cleanup starts during the final 5 minutes. All guests must exit within 5 minutes after the party ends, though restrooms and the front desk may still be used.
Basic pool and facility rules apply. No diving, running, food on the pool deck, glass, alcohol, smoking, or gum. Non-swimmers must wear a FINS-approved flotation device and be assisted by an adult. Children not potty-trained must wear both disposable and reusable swim diapers. If a health incident occurs, sanitation procedures will be followed and the party may move to another pool if available.
Extra party time may be added for $100 per 15 minutes if available. Pool toys and flotation devices are provided, and personal items may be brought if approved for safety.
Decorations are welcome on tables and floors. Balloons must be weighted. No tape, hanging items, confetti, or glitter is allowed.
